The 9.25 ha plot of land located in the Terrasses du Larzac is made up entirely of old vines (30-40 years old) on stony terraces of black grenache, syrah, mourvèdre and cinsault for the "red" grape varieties (three blocks spread over Montpeyroux and Jonquières), and chenin for the white (on Saint Saturnin). Work in organic agriculture.
