The Giner family grows grapes for wine on 12 hectares in Montpeyroux. Charles Giner and his daughter Anne Jeffroy work to produce wines from the estate that reflect the richness of the terroir. Our vineyard features Languedoc grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and old vine Carignan that we kept despite difficulties during the years of reconversion.
We only ask of the vineyards what they are able to produce, by giving priority to their environment and its equilibrium.
This is how our terroir is best expressed.
Integrated management without chemical fertilisers or herbicides since 1989, third year of conversion to organic.
