Cookery studies, internships and several companies forged my experience and skills. Until I reached my first summit: gastronomy and Michelin-starred restaurants. Then came travel and fantastic encounters where I was able to perfect my technique and gain inspiration.
Then came a new stage. I wanted to try my hand at adventure, and the Mamie Tartine workshop was born. With quality products, made from ingredients chosen for their origin, quality and taste. Made in the traditional, artisanal way, with a focus on quality, authenticity and hygiene.
