My cooking is varied and greedy, regional or world cuisine: wok, curry, lasagna, tajine, burgers...but also blueberry cheesecake, chocolate fondant, ginger cookies..
Several formulas: individual, take-away with degradable organic containers or catering service (buffets, meals, birthdays, aperitifs, custom menus...) as well as cooking workshops.
