In the garrigue scrubland of the Hérault gorges, in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Delphine and Jérôme Solignac grow olive trees in their little paradise: "Combe de Carelles". Along the river, sometimes on old terraced blocks on the mountainside, sometimes on young plantations, they look after their olive trees with an approach that is respectful of nature and the quality of their products. This estate seeks to restore the work of the family's ancestors. Through sheer perseverance, they are restoring the landscape and agricultural features of this magnificent place... As the seasons progress, from growing to harvesting and preparation, we finally have a series of olive-based products available for you to try. Your taste buds will love you.
