L'Escale Locale is a 100% direct-sales boutique run by some forty local producers. Producers take turns serving you every day. At L'Escale Locale, you'll find 100% products from our farms and workshops within a 100km radius of Gignac. At L'Escale Locale you'll find mainly food products, but more than half are certified organic.
"Escale Locale" is a peasant store that today brings together more than 40 producers, selling directly. Created in 2017 by a collective of around 20 producers mainly from Hérault but also from Gard, southern Aveyron, southern Lozère and Tarn.
We've joined forces to give you easy access to healthy, tasty, organic (on more than half the products) and local food. You'll meet the producers who take it in turns to welcome you, and you'll find a choice of fresh and processed products selected for their quality and authenticity.

Our ethic is to guarantee the origin of our products, and to be transparent about how they are raised, grown and processed.

Every day, a farmer welcomes you, and informs you about his production methods, his products and those of his colleagues. We look forward to welcoming you.
