The goats roam the garrigue and forest of Puéchabon every day, all year round, on a territory of over 3 hectares per goat!
The cheeses produced are made from raw milk, using milk from the milking, all made on site by the goatherds. As gourmets and gourmets ourselves, and therefore committed to producing good products, quality of taste will be as important as our overall commitment to a virtuous practice integrated into our local environment.
We'll be offering our cheeses, plates and/or tartines, yogurts and Italian-style ice creams at local events. "
