It all began on January 1, 2010. The desire to make his childhood dream come true took over, and it was then that Simon decided to quit his job to devote himself to his project: creating a goat farm.
The commune of Argelliers, eager to help him set up his business, made nearly 200 hectares of garrigue available to him. "This allows us to take the goats out every day and produce quality milk with highly original flavors and aromas, which we then use in our cheeses.
On a regular basis, walkers accompany the herd on a half-day hike through the garrigues and charbonnières!
