Situated between the Lergue river and the volcanic valley overlooking the village of Lacoste, Jean Luc Bouniol?s olive-growing estate extends over land where vines and garrigue mingle. "My family has been shaping and working this terroir for over 16 generations," emphasizes Jean-Luc Bouniol. Until the 2000s, the land was still covered with vines. "They were farmed by my father, a winegrower for over 50 years. When he retired, we decided together to convert 2 hectares of land into olive groves", explains the grower.
