Oliveraie du Coffre is a small farm of 400 olive trees grown to produce olive oil that highlights the unique qualities of each variety.Collected and crushed separately, each olive variety has its own range of flavours that is very different from the others.Throughout the year the trees are grown very methodically in order to obtain a pure, natural juice for our extra virgin olive oil.
