Six different biscuits are made from the flour with organic ingredients (butter, sugar and egg). Soft wheat flour (wholemeal and wholemeal/white blend).
From June to September, at various markets in the Central Hérault Valley.
Stoneground flour and biscuits are available at the grocery in Plaissan, in two farm produce shops (O Champs in La Boissière and Paysans Producteurs in Clermont l'Hérault) and at Domaine de l'Estang (by appointment). Heirloom varieties of tomatoes and squash.
