Devoting all his energy to his vines, in direct line with his family lineage, Jacques Aubrespy, who cultivates a dozen hectares, likes both love and reason: this is why he pursues a policy that favors quality over quantity. His knowledge of viticulture is accompanied by his taste for blending different grape varieties; he has thus surrounded himself with an oenologist in charge of monitoring the maturing of the wines throughout the year.
