10am: Start with a winemaker's snack at Domaine des Conquêtes in Aniane. After a presentation of the estate, enjoy a guided tour of the cellar and winery, followed by a tasting of all the estate's wines. Copious platters of local produce (bread, cheeses, charcuterie, tapenades...) accompany this divine moment!

1pm: Continue your discovery at Clos des Combals in Saint Jean de Fos, with a tour of the vineyards and olive grove. Finish with a wine and olive oil tasting, an expression of local know-how.
