Passionate about plants, especially aromatic ones, I started making original syrups in 2020.
After two years of research and testing, to stabilize the aromas and flavors, Thyme and Rosemary syrups were born.
The benefits of these plants are ancestral: I wanted to revisit them in syrup for a use within the reach of all.
Their manufacture is entirely artisanal, from the conception of the syrup to the artistic design of the bottles, imagined by me.
Thyme and Rosemary are collected locally, to taste their syrup is to find oneself transported to the heart of the garrigue of the Hérault valley.
